About
In 2013, owner of Pint + Pile, Sarah, along with her sister-in-law turned running partner turned unpaid occasional business partner decided to traipse around the country, running half marathons. Sarah took a liking to the commemorative pint glasses sold at the race expos, spending basically an entire years earning, and filling up all of her cabinets. The collection expanded to vacation hot-spot souvenirs, sporting event memorabilia, and more.
Fast forward to 2015 where her roommate was ready to charge additional rent for her glass collection, when Sarah took up the art of designing and etching glasses (because who doesn’t want a glass that has a princess castle on it?) It quickly took off, and became a hot commodity for the best gift-givers in the state of South Carolina.
Fast forward again to October of 2016 where Sarah decided to take a chance on Pint + Pile. The purpose of P+P is not to make really beautiful products (though we obviously try our very best to do that), or to be rich (I mean, but, bring it on!!) At Pint + Pile, the goal is simply to make good gifts that can be given to your mom, your best friend, your favorite neighbor, yourself, or anyone else, reminding each recipient that they are loved.
